Following the insecurity and insurrection in the state, the Controversial Governor Hope Uzodinma has announced his strategy to reduce the insecurity in the state .
According to report he has called on traditional rulers of all autonomous community in the state to identify all the criminals in their community to bring their names to him in other to curb criminality in the state.
He further stated that he is bringing a security strategy both known and unknown to manage security in the state
The question is what is this known and unknown security strategy?
