The Benue state Governor Samuel Ortom Aide has been shot dead .
According to the report from Nation news said he was shot several at the chest by his assailant
Christopher Dega (rtd) Senior Special Assistant on security to Benue Governor was shot in Jos Plateau state capital on Tuesday.
The formal Commissioner of police in Edo and Borno and a native of katisna local government in Benue state was killed by gunmen.
