The Governor of Rivers State with channel TV politics said that Rivers State is under South South and not one of the South
IPOB had through its spokesperson, Emma Powerful said human and vehicular movements would be restricted across the South-East on Monday to mark the 54th anniversary of Biafra.
Though the governor has said that the IPOB can carry out their seat out home but not was for Rivers State because Rivers state belong to Niger Delta and South South
According to reports imo , Anambra, Owerri, Enugu and Ebonyi observed the seat at home all road were empty, shops and fast food, clothes were totally shutdown
